About Constellations
A Brief Explanation
At Sacred Soul Renewal, we offer family and systemic constellations, an alternative therapy that originated in Germany and has been used worldwide to help people face challenges in their personal, professional, and relational lives. These constellations involve a group of people who come together to navigate issues in various areas of their lives. By exploring the dynamic relationships that exist in their family or work systems, our clients are able to gain new perspectives that help them move forward with confidence and clarity. The constellation process can also be conducted in a one-on-one setting, using other tools to represent the people or elements in the issue you are looking to resolve.

We look forward to working with you on your healing journey, sharing information on trauma, healing and living a fulfilled life. Our goal is to support you in a safe space with tools and resources to guide you through your healing and transformation.

About Your Facilitator
I am Christa Grocock, your Family & Systemic Constellations Facilitator at Sacred Soul Renewal and I am excited to work with you using the constellations process! When I first heard about constellations I had a lot of questions but after my first group session, I knew I had to learn more. That initial experience eventually led me to take the facilitator training with Dr. Jonathan Hooton, PhD, SEP, in 2023 and now I'm ready to share this unique healing experience with you.

I am committed to offering you a safe space to gain a new perspective on the issues that are holding you back from reaching your full potential, not only for yourself but also your children.
