The Legacy Shift is a 12-week private healing container for adults, often parents, who are ready to end long-standing family patterns and consciously create a different future for themselves and their children. Many people sense that the struggles they carry didn’t begin with them. Emotional responsibility, anxiety, disconnection, self-sacrifice, or repeating relationship dynamics often have roots in the family system, passed down through generations as a way of coping, surviving, or belonging. This work gently brings those patterns into awareness so they can be acknowledged, honoured, and released, without blame, overwhelm, or reliving the past. Through a combination of Family & Systemic Constellation work and spiritual coaching, this container supports deep, embodied change at the root level. Sessions are paced with care and guided by safety, allowing insight and integration to unfold naturally over time. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about restoring balance, belonging, and choice, so you are no longer carrying what was never yours to hold.
